Yup, did it early to get it out of the way so I can have a nice relaxing bath :)

I actually did okay with water yesterday but I definitely want to drink more green tea today. Best of luck x

Been eating too much junk. And gaining weight.
I wonder if it's possible that the reason I'm gaining so much weight so fast is because of how I lost it all (just that it was so long ago, it shouldn't affect today)
Other than that, I've really been eating breakfast, and have been pretty good about doing the hoop. I try and do it in the morning as else it doesn't happen.

I did well yesterday. I drank plenty of water, did a 40 minute walk and ate well.

Today's goals are the same as yesterday- drink plenty of fluid and go walking for at least 30 minutes.

What about everyone else?

Sorry I'm late into this thread today, life got in the way. I reached my goal of 5 portions of fruit and veg :) Went grocery shopping and picked up a good amount of healthy food. Low fat yogurts, turkey, chicken, wholemeal rice, wholemeal bread, forgot about fruit so got that in the nearer store to me.

Goals for tomorrow peeps? Mine is to drink enough water, drank just one small bottle today.

I really have to loose some weight, and that's why im Here. I weight 150kg on 2 Meters (300 pounds on 6'7') and im Glad i can be here :)

But I think i will start tomorrow, to only Drink Water. No more ice tea or Coke light anymore :)

I've had an ok day today. I've drunk plenty of water and peppermint tea and I've eaten well with lots of fruit and veg. However, I only managed a 15 minute walk at lunchtime. I had intended to go for a longer walk this evening but it's pouring with rain

Tomorrow, my goal will be to walk for at least 30 minutes.

Alright, lets start this Thing. Only water from now on for me, on thursday i will visit the Gym (because of my Work, i can only Go to the Gym on my Off days) and only veggie and healthy food for me. For breakfast: something with carps or eggs for Energy, for Dinner, Some meat with vegetables, and in the evening Something soft Like... Idk an Apple? Or something Like that.

I know you can do it, good luck :) Hopefully the weather will be nicer tomorrow for you to walk in, nothing worse than walking in the rain. Awesome that you did great food-wise, brilliant stuff, hugs x
