Alright, lets start this Thing. Only water from now on for me, on thursday i will visit the Gym (because of my Work, i can only Go to the Gym on my Off days) and only veggie and healthy food for me. For breakfast: something with carps or eggs for Energy, for Dinner, Some meat with vegetables, and in the evening Something soft Like... Idk an Apple? Or something Like that.
